RMSL as an organisation is committed to achieving Net Zero for our directly controlled Scope 1 emissions in 2024, Scope 2 emissions in 2029 and Scope 3 emissions by 2040.

To achieve our carbon reduction goals, we have created a Carbon Reduction Plan, which has been approved by our Executive team.

The Plan summarises the results of our 2026 GHG emissions assessment, and the projects and timelines we have initiated to support this agenda.

A few of our carbon reduction projects to date have included:

• Switching to renewable energy

• Reducing the amount of unnecessary travel and cycle to work schemes

• Education and training to improve awareness and compliance for all staff members across our organisation.
