Feedback from dentists
We always want to hear feedback, good and bad, on our services. We have kept our feedback forms simple and easy to use.

Simply tell us who you are, include contact details – these can be your practice details – if you would like us to get back to you, and then let us know what you think.  We take all feedback seriously.

Please note that this feedback is different from our formal complaints policy. You can read more about this here.

You can read about how we use your data and our privacy policy here.

The feedback forms are hosted on our secure site. You can also read about changes that we have made to the service below. Our services are all informed by our commissioning area teams – we regularly attend network meetings, LDCs and LPNs.

If you would like us to attend one of your events then please get in touch and we will be happy to help. We are also interested in feedback on communication – what can we do to improve this and what resources would be helpful?

Please be aware that we can only comment on services provided by us – if you have an issue with wait times at a secondary or primary care provider then please contact them directly.

What have we changed?

Our service is constantly evolving and we use your feedback to change what we do.  Some of the changes that we have made recently include:

Tracking a Referral – we have changed the tracker so that the local initials, ie. MAN, or THV, have to be entered on a separate line from the seven digits. Patients and referrers reported that it was confusing when these were entered on a single line. We also now send, where consent is given, an SMS text message with the URN.

Travel information – we have provided detailed, custom maps for all of our directory of services providers.  This makes finding primary care sites even easier for patients

Safeguarding information – we have added schools and nursery information on to the child referral form so that we can support safeguarding initiatives in Manchester and across our service areas.

Longer log in times – we have increased the amount of log in time available to our online users to 300 seconds meaning that its even easier to enter the OTP  system enabling you to get your OTP via an SMS text message.

Online instructions – we have provided a two minute video explaining the main features of system.

All of these changes have been brought about from feedback from our service users – patients and their referring dentists.  Please use the feedback forms online or simply email us if you have any comments for us.
