What are the referral criteria for patients?

All patients attending for treatment under sedation must attend for an assessment prior to their sedation appointment.

What are the main reasons for rejecting patients?

Incomplete medical history
No radiographs – radiographs are required for all extractions
Children under the age of 6 or those with severe behaviour problems should be redirected to the community dental service

Travel instructions

Bradford is served well by motorways and main roads. Bradford’s own motorway, the M606, brings you within 1.5 miles of the city centre and links with the M1, A1 and M6 via the M62.

If you are travelling from the south, east or west of Bradford, you will find it most convenient to use the M62 and the M606. If you are arriving from the north-west you will use the A629/A650 via Skipton and Keighley. From the north-east it is most convenient to use the A1 or A19, and reach Bradford via the A59 and then the A658 south of Harrogate.

Travelling from all directions into the centre of Bradford follow signs for Bradford City Football Ground/Valley Parade. We are located on Bateman Street which is off Thorncliffe Road in Manningham. Access to Thorncliffe Road can be reached from Midland Road or Manningham Lane.
