We offer a range of services to providers as well as supplemental services for both acute trusts and primary care providers that may be of interest to you.  For example, using our unique postal solution we can send partial appointment letters and practice based information directly from your system saving you time and money.

Access to our new PACS system is available for all providers free of charge – and you can learn about this below.

If you are working in an acute trust or other provider with your own PACS system, we are on the IEP platform should you wish to request any images from our system to place into your own.  You can find us on IEP under FDS Consultants – Dental Referrals.  If you need any help or want to undertake a test transfer – please let us know.

We have recently added DocMan Connect to our system. This enables us to seamlessly transfer correspondence to any GP Practice.  We are currently using the service to deliver notifications of two week wait referrals.  Contact us for more information on how we can facilitate transfer between primary care dentistry and medicine.

eRS – National Referral System

We can pass referrals into and retrieve referrals from the NHS eRS system.  We also offer our own RAS with Advice and Guidance options for GP referrals into dental services. Contact us if you need more information on how you can work with your secondary care providers to utilise the benefits of eRS integration. We are operating our eRS integration under a pilot with NHS Digital.
